@pratik I would actually, most of Europe knows how to bring, or keep, nature into spaces like that to soften the harshness and to create noise buffers. That said, it could just as easily be a “university walk” or something like that.

  • @adamprocter that place looks vaguely familiar, second and third shots, where is it?

@manton the most useful thing with Apple’s AI for me is the Reduce Interruptions focus, have been using it for 2 weeks now and bit by bit it’s gotten better with what it shows me notifications wise. Previously I was using Do Not Disturb but found that I was missing things (derr) and was having to tailor what came through by hand, like a savage, which I just don’t have the time and patience for.

Increased morning and midday doses by 5mg, seems to have worked so far as I’ve got my focus back, am able to prioritise, but also multitask, and therefore am able to feel good by getting jobs completed.

@cleverdevil if I had a nickel for the number of times I’ve uttered the same words! 😝

@AndyNicolaides the Craft.do demo is nice, how well does it integrate with the share sheet, specifically thinking about how to bring stuff into Craft from Mail.app, Safari, etc.

@odd seemingly, parents can allow their kids to have access without punishment, which of course creates haves and have-nots, which of course creates another opportunity for a clique to isolate other kids... And that's not even considering kids in difficult parenting situations, the foster system, etc.

@Miraz seems your government and our government have bought into all the "scary scary" stuff now. Our idiots in Canberra just passed the bill to ban kids under 16 from social media, which in principle seems smart, however, it opens the door for a national age verification system, which opens many other doors which are actually scary and harmful.

@manton you should check out the markets across most of Australia currently, it's pretty awful, particularly for young people trying to get into their first homes. We also don't like to live outside a major city, and our public transport is garbage in regional areas, so prices continue to rise!

@matjpacker along with a massive Manchester City defeat, even though Tottenham were the ones to do it. Ugh ⚽️

@Annie have you seen The Midnight Gospel? Same creators as Adventure Time, Pendleton Ward, and really good, quite dark but also humorous.

@yorrike I’ve recently put a Synology NAS in at home, I bought it primarily for storage purposes for my 15+ TB of photos, but have since started playing around with the “server” capabilities which really give it super powers.

@cheesemaker just turned the game on and muttered WTF were they thinking. I think court graphics are getting ridiculous.
