🍽 I cooked this for dinner tonight, Truly Crispy Baked Lemongrass and Ginger Tofu with some Rice and an Asia styled Slaw. I reckon it probably could’ve come out of the oven 5 minutes earlier, otherwise, it was pretty tasty.

Based on what I’ve seen and read from todays WWDC announcements, in iOS13 I will be able to connect a USB-C webcam to my iPad Pro, and I will also be able to directly import from my camera/sd card to Lightroom. These 2 things would allow me to go iPad only in the near future.
Screw it, I’m going “beta” my iPad and iPhone…here comes fun!

Watching the African Champions League 2nd leg between Esperance de Tunis and Wydad Athletic Club, there’s so many laser pointers in the crowd. Every time one of the Wydad players gets the ball, his face is hit by green lights, even more if he’s making an attacking run!
The lumpy and grumpy old girl spotted the neighbour’s cat.
My bad back is not enjoying these cold mornings! And yes, I know it’s not that cold by some standards, but believe me, it’s well and truly cold by Australian standards.
It seems like only last week that I was complaining that it was too warm still for it to be so close to winter…
