Eggs Benedict at Qantas First Lounge
I love starting my overseas trips in the Qantas First Lounge, and I don't mind skipping breakfast at home in favour of the Eggs Benedict here too! I'm heading over to Switzerland and Austria for a couple of weeks to do some product education with SCHILLER, I'm also spending a few days hanging out with an old mate in Basel. Should be a fun couple of weeks!

Late breakfast in the Qantas Club at Melbourne Domestic Airport. Very happy to be heading home today, it's been a busy few days in Melbourne.
Caesar Salad
One of my favourite hotel room service tests is to order a Caesar Salad... Here's what I had tonight at the Novotel on Little Collins, a decent Caesar Salad, loads of croutons, parmesan, and bacon bits, but no poached egg on top which was a little disappointing. Not the best, but far from the worst one I've had.

Tonight, for dinner at the Novotel on Little Collins, I'm having Pizza Garlic Bread, and a very tasty Twice Cooked Pork Belly with Fennel Salad!

A little South Pacific squall came through just now, hard rain and a strong breeze for about 30 minutes, but in it's wake we get this beautiful rainbow!
