Have spent the past 2 days in and out of 1Password going through all my accounts here, there, and everywhere, and changing my passwords, turning on 2FA wherever it’s offered, and even deleting old accounts to services that I no longer use. Feels good.
It’s January 2024, a new year, and the perfect time for me to dust the cobwebs off of my blog…for approx 2-3 weeks before I fall out of routine posting 😝

Second last football weekend of the season. All our Boys Youth teams are on today, except the Under 18’s who play tomorrow, away at Belmont Swansea United, aka BelSwans. We’ll need to win at least 3 from 5 games today to secure our place in the top 4 of the Club Championship…big day! ⚽️
Got a session with my psychologist today, last couple I’ve just walked in and rambled for 45 minutes, they were not productive sessions… Today I’m going in with a topic, identity, specifically self-identity, as it’s something I’ve struggled with since I was a kid.
Man do I hate yard work, especially doing the edges, but I love how it looks when it’s done. ✅

So I got my 4th COVID jab and a flu shot earlier this week, and for the last 3 days I felt like I had COVID again! Just have a light cough left now, but I completely forgot how much those jabs could knock you around. 💉😷
Got another COVID booster shot yesterday, along with my annual flu shot, one in each arm. Flu shot arm is perfectly fine this morning, the COVID side not so much… 💉
I had a really shit weekend. My Monday hasn’t started great either, fuck mental health… 🤯

🎥 Went and saw Uncharted at the movies yesterday with Travis. I didn’t think much of the movie, it’s a pretty generic buddy flick with a lot of CGI thrown in.
I got my booster 2 days ago. Yesterday I felt like crap, achy bones, headache, and generally felt meh. Today I’m still a bit achy and have a slight headache, nothing a couple of Panadol can’t keep at bay though. 💉
