• 📺 Fever Pitch! The Rise of the Premier League (2021– )

The creation of the English Premier League through the stories of people like Eric Cantona, David Beckham, Vinnie Jones and Alan Shearer.

Wasn’t a bad series, though I wish it was longer than 4 episodes. ⚽️

  • 📺 watching: Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1992)

Flighty teenage girl Buffy Summers learns that she is her generation’s destined battler of vampires.

Something a bit random for this evening’s entertainment. 🧛‍♀️

  • Just finished reading Saga: Compendium One by Brian K. Vaughan 📚

Whilst I’d read pretty much all the single issues when they came out, there’s just something different reading it this way, kind of feels like you stay in the story longer.

  • So the kids school has been shutdown today because of a positive COVID case at the school. Not surprising, but still frustrating…obviously the kid doesn’t care, he’s happy to stay at home and play NBA 2k and Fortnite all day. 🤷‍♂️

  • Patty Mills has without a doubt been the best pickup by any NBA team in the offseason. If the Nets can get their other stars to perform consistently they’re going to be tough to beat. 🏀

  • The Veronicas

So more photos, this time it’s The Veronicas at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre, way back in December 2007.

  • The Waifs

Here are a bunch of photos of The Waifs at Civic Theatre, Newcastle, in celebration of World Photography Day today. I figured why not dig up and re-edit some photos from the past when I did a bit of music photography around Newcastle, especially seeing as we’re currently in lockdown and can’t go out and shoot anything new.

  • So I get migraines now, how awesome is that!

  • New Lambton v BelSwans

Photos of both the First and Reserve Grade Northern League 1 matches played between New Lambton and BelSwans at Blacksmiths Oval on the 1st of August, 2021.

  • ⚽️ Arsenal are going to need to work out how to defend from set pieces around the 18-yard box, and they’re going to need to work out how to actually score.

I don’t think Brentford were that good today…but Arsenal were definitely that bad!
